For a good team on Pokemon White, you will need all type coverage. For example, in a triple battle, use a psychic, dark and fighting type, as they can counter each others weaknesses. Bisharp Mienshao and alakazam work well together. Alakazam counters fighting, bisharp counters psychic, and mienshao counters dark. You also have to pay attention to EV,s. Although the triple team I suggested works well, mienshao and alakazam have crummy defences.

Reshiram: Blue Flare, Draco Meteor, Fusion Flare, Outrage
Hydreigon: Flamethrower, Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Fly
Volcarona: Bug Buzz, Heat Wave, Hurricane, Flamethrower
Kyurem: Glaciate, Outrage, Draco Meteor, Blizzard
Heatran: Magma Storm, Flamethrower, Iron Head, Flash Cannon
