Force Operator hasn't worked since 1.2.5, and there isn't a certain password for it. It's against the terms and conditions of Minecraft, so I'd stick away from it.
There is no actual force OP out there, it is simply a rumour and nothing more.

Yes.
If your using a regular server, and if you are an op, just type /op (the player's name). If you aren't an op, go into the server files, open the op file, and type in your and you're friend's usernames.
There is no such thing as a "Force OP" The programs that are "Force OP"'s are just some ways of hackers to get your minecraft information. before, i also kept finding those "force op"s thing but when i downloaded them, non of them worked

If there's a survey, it's fake. There is no ''force op'' ok? You know how easy it is to fool you with those stupid ''proofs''? It's all fake.

To reset your minecraft server, you "X" out, then click the "Minecraft_server.exe". Or you want to update it? You re-download the Minecraft_server.exe on Minecraft.net. And then just remove the old .exe and all of the components, and then add the fresh and clean .exe in its place.
Assuming that you are on a Server... You go to the console, and do "/op USERNAME" this will automatically OP the usernamed player. IF you are asking how to hack yourself OP and cheat on a Server, or something... There is no way to do this.
You can't... you have to de-op him before you ban him.
