the rear passenger door (back right), open the door.. where the seatbelt is stored at, lift that panel & the keyless code is a 5 digit code on a white sticker on the metal frame under that panel.
You put in a 5 digit code and it unlocks the driver's door. You can program your own code if you know the original code.

remove the passenger side kick panel and behind the wiring harness is a black box with a 5 digit code on it in Bold Black numbers
Are you referring to the door code keypad? If so, Door Code Location... I actually found the door code behind the fuse box area (Driver Side) on my brother's 2000 Ford Expedition EB. There is a big white sticker with 5 numbers starting with number 1####. Hope this helps...
