Error Code 80029780 is Sony's weak attempt at preventing piracy via gamesharing. You will get it if you are deactivating and activating your account repeatedly on multiple consoles. There are simple ways of getting rid of it. The error automatically leaves after a week, but most people are able to simply change their email account on their Ps3 and get back all of their content. If you ask me, it's no wonder how PSN got hacked. This proved to me how weak Sony's anti-piracy really is.
The ban lasts a lifetime and for some people it may be too short. The lesson here is not the weakness of there attempts at preventing game sharing, but how even the an automated program can knock you off for a week for doing it. Hope you understand that the cost is much more what this individual implies
