Usually an error code 80028e02 means it has trouble connecting to the internet. Try this, it might help you configure your playstation to your internet connection http://howtofixstuff.blogspot.ca/2012/01/how-to-fix-dns-error-on-ps3.html
One way to get the shiny pichu is by using gts go to your wifi settings set auto obtain DNS to no and put these numbers in the primary DNS, 72 232 228 110, leave the secondary DNS empty. After that the first thing that will happen when you connect to gts is you get the shiny pichu. Then it will say there was a communication error.
Go to your computer. go to start. right click on network places.right click properties. right click on local are connection. clivk properties. check properties in internet tropical. Enter those numbers in the psp. The Ips and the DNS.
You are getting the dns error because ther is no website or URL with the name ydhmrxd.com so dns cannot resolve it to any IP so its shows an error.

When somebody receives a DNS (Domain Name Service) error, it means that an internet browser cannot reach the wanted website due to reasons like a bad internet connection.
The error messages look as if there might be a problem with the DNS. It may be that the information in the worldwide DNS system is not updated correctly. One possible problem might be that your public IP address changes too frequently. I would consult about this problem with your ISP (if you host locally), or with your hosting provider (if you host somewhere else).
The "DNS server failure" error in Firefox usually occurs when the web browser is unable to establish a connection to the DNS server to resolve domain names. Here are some possible solutions: Check your internet connection: Make sure your internet connection is working correctly by trying to access other websites. If you're not able to access any websites, then the problem is with your internet connection. Clear the DNS cache: Sometimes, the DNS cache can become corrupted, leading to this error. To clear the DNS cache, open the command prompt and type "ipconfig /flushdns". This will flush the DNS cache. Try a different DNS server: You can try using a different DNS server, such as Google DNS (8.8.8.8) or OpenDNS (208.67.222.222). To change your DNS server, go to your network settings and change the DNS server address. Disable DNS prefetching: DNS prefetching is a feature in Firefox that can sometimes cause the "DNS server failure" error. To disable DNS prefetching, open Firefox and go to "about:config". Search for "network.dns.disablePrefetch" and set it to "true". Restart your modem/router: Sometimes, restarting your modem or router can fix the problem. If none of the above solutions work, you may need to contact your internet service provider (ISP) or IT department for further assistance.
It happens just wait for a while
