OK, Dialga is a steel and dragon type.
Moves super-effective against steel types are Fighting, Ground and Fire. However, you can cross off fire as Dialga is dragon type so fire type moves are regularly effective.
Dragon and Ice type moves are super-effective against Dragon types but as Dialga is a Steel type, both of these moves become regularly effective.
So only Fighting and Ground type moves are super-effective.
Dialga can learn Roar of Time, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Thunder and Fire Blast so don't use Dragon, Water, Flying, Grass, Bug, Steel or Ice types unless you know what the Dialga knows.
