ps3 emulator emulates, copies the function of the ps3 games on your computer, if you have the roms of the game. Till now there are no emulators for ps3, but PS2, there are three of'em, PS2emu, NeutrinoSX2 (not recommended for commercial games) & PCSX2 (highly recommended).
Quote from Wikipedia on PCSX2 "several games have full functionality" not quite what the PS2 does is it. see related link to see how worthless the emulator is when the alternative is buying a PS2 for less than $100. no wonder there is no PS3 emulator
In theory onlyno because there is not a working emulator for PS3 games and current PCs could not run it if it was developed
The best PS3 Emulator can be found on the Emulator Zone website. The download on the site is called rpcs3, it is for Windows and is a free download. It has a 3.5 star rating.
There is currently no functional PlayStation 3 emulator in existence.
There are no working PS3 emulators. The PS2 system has some poorly working emulators that can barely manage to complete some PS2 titles with a lot of work and very poor results on over half the titles. The much more complex PS3 system does not have a working emulator, but it could still be illegal to download Sony Software if it was included in the emulator even if the emulator does not work
if your talking about halo 2 or 3 no not legally anyway. for halo 1 though you "could" load an xbox emulator onto your ps3 and play it like that but most of the emulators for ps3 are quite buggy still.
It can not. There is not a working PS3 emulator
There are no PS3 emulators and the bios file for the PS3 would not work in a PS2 emulator
no

yes
Sadly, to say.... No, it isn't possible. The Ipod touch doesn't have enough power to run a ps3 emulator.

Yes. You can download dolphin emulator with PS3 from the internet and use it.
Not there isnt one. You don't want a Red Dead Redemption PC emulator because the game is a PS3 and Xbox 360 game. It would take a PS3 or Xbox 360 emulator to run a copy of the game for those systems on a PC.The PC is not capable of doing much more than running a PS2 emulator and is years away from having a PS3 or Xbox 360 capability if an emulator could be developed it would take years to work out the bugs. They are still in beta stage for the best PS2 emulator the PCSX2 and have been for many years
PS3 emulators allow you to use your personal computer to play PlayStation games. The main benefit of using an emulator is that you do not need to purchase a PlayStation game console to play PlayStation games.
