if you have atleast 40 attack rune scimitar yes for faster hits or rune long for harder hits with slightly less speed. about training i would suggest fish some lobs in karajama cook them and kill lesser demons. (they are weak and hit 8 max).
You could do that yes. But i think you'd rather want to hear from me because i am also lv67, well if you have atleast 40 attack then use a rune scimmy, forget longs, then go to the red Spiders under the manhole in varrock. You just need tunas. There you could train fast and easy and collect their eggs for money.
first of all weapon use the rune scim. The best monster to kill for money is roaches in the stronghold of safety. Lessers and greaters are good for money as well. for experience go to the giant spider in the stronghold of security
