The best bet is to get a team of electric, grass, bug (because they get a lot of grass moves), or rock. So I would get: the shiny geodude from challenge level pewter gym, a pikachu from viridian forest or viridian forest 2, a bulbasaur if its your starter or if you got a different starter a metapod and evolve it to a beautifly from viridian forest 1 & 2, bellsprout from mt. moon 2, (if you can or just get another geodude) win the achievement finding a shiny rattata, pidgey, geodude, and zubat, and kakuna and evolve it into a beedril from viridian forest 2 and i think its also in 1 but i'm not sure.
