skip them go find crasher wake ( fourth gym leader ) deafeat him ( same town ) find a galactet grunt talk see he is talking to him self he tells you to to not follow him follow him then then talk, then battle your partner win, find a way to go to celestic town with out going through eterna city battle galactic grunt deliver the old charm to the elder she will come out after win ( the old charm is from the girl who is talking to two other people and gave you the antidote for the psyduck) go in the cave look at the picture the elder will give you a HM06 THEN you go to hearthome city to use surf.
