It will still be treated as '0' except for the purposes of further addition or subtraction. That is to say if a monster's ATK was reduced to -500, then it will be treated as '0' for the purposes of Damage Calculation. But if Axe of Despair is equipped to it, then its new ATK will be -500 + 1000 = 500ATK in total.

What are the passwords for Yugioh 5D's Stardust Accelarator?

The passwords are the 8-digit numbers you see on the bottom left of real Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. You can use the guide in the Related Links section below to find a card and its password.

Where the best free to play place to train for high levels in runescape?

Kill any monsters, and continue doing so for a long, long time. It is easier if the monsters are below your level, that way you don't waste as much time getting food. It also helps if you are not more than twice the monster's level; otherwise, most monsters will stop being aggresive.

What happens if a monster's attack drops below zero in Yu-Gi-Oh?

A monster's ATK can never drop below 0. If a card effect would reduce a monster's ATK below 0, it simply becomes 0.
