The tilt skull makes weaknesses weaker and strengths stronger. For instance, with tilt on, it will take 8 headshots with a sniper rifle to kill a brute minor on Normal, while it will take 2 plasma rifle bolts to strip the power armor. Tilt also causes unshielded opponents to have a huge resistance to plasma. For instance, an brute minor with stripped power armor can take a full plasma rifle without dying.
