In Generation 1
Guillotine inflicts damage equal to the target's current HP. Guillotine will break a Substitute on contact, and can be countered for infinite damage on the turn it breaks a Substitute.
in Generation 2 and on
Guillotine will not affect an opponent whose current Speed stat is greater than the user's current Speed stat
Fissure will not hit flying type Pokemon as it is a ground type move, by that same token it will not hit Pokemon with the ability levitate. Guillotine and Horn Drill will not hit ghost type Pokemon as they are a normal type move. So Fissure can hit Ghost types, just not those with levitate, and Guillotine and Horn Drill can hit Flying types. Still, given the chances of actually hitting with these one hit KO-moves, and the ability sturdy, you'd probably be better off just using Crunch or Thunderbolt.
Sheer Cold,Fissure,Horn Drill and i think Guillotine is in Pokemon Emerald or Fire Red and Leaf Green.IN Pokemon Black and White i think Complete Burn sounds like a one hit KO move.
The OHKO moves in the game are Guillotine, Fissure, Horn Drill, and Sheer Cold. None of them have a high accuracy rate, so be cautious when using them.

Guillotine @ Level 45
Horn drill,Sheer cold,Fissure,Guillotine. These move make foe Pokemon faint regardless of its current stats but has an accuracy of 30%:)
It's good on a team that has a variety of moves. As long as you aren't depending on 1-hit KO moves, then it could be a good addition to a team.
