Top right, lower left, top right, top left, top left, lower left. Following these directions gets you to the next inscription, as well as some items.
The other inscription reads:
Friendship all lives tough other lives to create something anew and alive. I presume that this inscription is linked somehow towards Team Galactic, however since I can't remember if there is a part in the story concerning this inscription, I can't verify it.

the ruins are to the far right of solaceon. you have to go behing the building at the top right corner in solaceon. then you will see ridges. go to the one all the way to the right. go down, and you should end up at the entrance to the ruins...i hope that i was able to help you!!!
