dealing with it myself, just got off chat with xbox support. on the slim, there seems to be a hardware error on some disc drives which can surface after setup. I just got the MW3 special edition friday, this happened today. since I just got mine and saved my receipt, i am transferring everything back to my old hard drive, going down to my trusty 24 hr Walmart, getting an exchange, and since I already used my auto license transfer, I have to get back on support chat for a manual license transfer.
