With "boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true" you have activated a setting which increases your Sim's: Skills, moods, relationships, personality points.
It also gives you an opportunity, to increase your Sim's interest points. This means that you can make your Sim to love a certain topic, to talk about, and hate another. Eg. My Sim, Jason, loves to talk about Sports, but hates to talk about Politics.
Activation:
1. To activate this cheat, you simply hold down Ctrl+Shift+C, to open up the cheat box. Enter the cheat, and go to your family.
2. Type in the cheat "boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true" press enter and the box should go away.
3. To know that you have done the cheat correctly, look in the top right corner of your screen, there should be black numbers.
4. This cheat unfortunately doesn't boost up your Aspiration Points. To use the cheat, you must click and hold down the mouse, then drag the mouse up or down to decrease or increase your Sim's: Skills / Personality / Interests / etc.
Actually, it also maxes your Aspiration Points. After you entered the cheat, Shift+Click on a Sim. Select SetAspiration -> Max. Your Sim's aspiration points should be maxed. You can also max your motives. When you view your motives, drag a motive bar to the right, which would increase you Sim's motives. If that doesn't work, then try to go to a community lot, it works when you go there. You can also do the same thing for relationships, skills, personality, interests, hobby interests, and more. boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true is an extremely helpful cheat, that you should always use. You can also spawn the "Tomb Stone of L(life) and D(death)". When the tombstone appears, you can use it to "Add Neighbor to Family..." without having to ask Sims to move in or get married to one of your Sims.
