If you mean dungeoneering binding then it makes the item go with you to the next floors a good idea is weapons which if you can't find ones do a complexity 1 dungeon At lv fifty u can. Bind 2 things bind a pl8 then... I'm not sure but I think u can also bind 150 arrows or runes Hope it helped
