DVDRip means it was ripped from the DVD itself. XviD is a video codec which basically compresses the video to fit onto a 700mb CD or to store on your computer to save space while retaining good quality (kind of like a mp3 as opposed to the actual CD). Max torrent means it came from a torrent site or was ripped by someone who goes by the alias Max.
you either buy your games in a store, or you download them from torrent sites, which is considered illegal by most people. Assuming you mean "illegal downloading" you'd have to find a torrent site (such as mininova, torrenz, isohunt, you name it) and download the game using a torrent programme. You burn it on a DVD and put it in your wii (assuming that you have already installed the appropriate software, if not, try googling "homebrew channel" and follow the instructions)
The Pirate Bay is a BitTorrent tracker that provides torrents for people to share and download TV shows, movies, music, applications, and games across the Internet.A few things to understand:1. A "torrent" is not the file you're trying to download. It's simply a request for the file. You download the torrent first, open the torrent, and begin download of the file (which is often much, much larger than the torrent itself).2. You will need to download a BitTorrent client in order to use torrents. Think of a torrent like a DVD. You need a DVD player in order to play DVD's. There are many different BitTorrent clients for Windows and Macintosh.3. Downloading a TV show, movie, album, application, or game that you do not already legally own is copyright infringement. It is illegal to violate copyright law in the United States. Any download you start is your own responsibility, and you should make yourself aware of the laws in your state or country regarding copyright law. It is legal to download BitTorrent clients for legal purposes. The technology is not illegal, but improper use that violate copyright law is.For example, if I own a DVD copy of "Pirates of the Caribbean", I am legally allowed to download that film to my computer or make a copy of that DVD, since I have legally obtained a copy of that film. If I do not own a DVD copy, or if I did not pay for my copy, I am not allowed to download that movie to my computer or make a copy of that DVD. This distinction is extremely important, as illegal downloading of copyrighted material is a federal offense.Another example is what's called "Open Source Software", such as Firefox or the Linux operating system. The designers and programmers of these programs allow people to download, change, and share this software through programs like BitTorrent without cost or legal problems. The recipient or distributor of the software can't try to take credit for the program's source code, or attempt to make money from the program (depending on the Open Source License from the original programmers).

If you just want burn downloaded blu ray movies to a DVD disc as data DVD without convert, you can keep the blu ray video quality, but you can't play the burned data DVD on DVD player, only play it on computer. Or if you want to play the burned DVD on regular DVD player, you have to convert and burn your downloaded blu ray movies to a standard video DVD that can be played well on regular DVD player, but standard video DVD only support 720x480(ntsc) or 720x576(pal) video resolution highest, don't support higher video resolution, so when convert downloaded blu ray movies to standard video DVD, right software will reduce the video resolution to fit the standard video DVD, but if your DVD player supports divx or xvid, you can convert your downloaded blu ray movies to HD divx or xvid avi files and burn onto a DVD, then play on your divx or xvid DVD player without losing quality. You can try RZ DVD Creator or Nero, it can convert and burn downloaded blu ray movies to standard video DVD that can be played well on regular DVD player, and it also can convert downloaded blu ray movies to HD divx or xvid avi files and burn to DVD that can be played well on Divx or Xvid DVD player. You can yahoo or Google search RZ DVD Creator or Nero and download it, easy to use, hope it can help you.You should be able to get the software necessary from torrents also.
