You can choose to say anything, and the boy will either think that it is very hip and happening or not cool. Nothing much happens after that except that this does change the six tiles in the game where you can fish for the rare Pokemon feebas, which evolves into milotic. You can find it by fishing, usually with a super rod, in the waters on your way to Fortree.
