The door is behind the cave painting. you must achieve some other thing and then you come back and it will be gone. Oh man. I wish I remembered what you need to do! Because when you get past the cave painting, you can get to the top of the mountain where palkia is, and then that dude that stops you from getting into sunny shore city is gone. Then you can get the hidden move waterfall by beating the gym leader there and them getting the HM from the girl on the beach. but you can only get that after you have beaten the gym leader. then you can get to the Pokemon league and then beat some peopole and then the dude with a boat in snow point city will let you on his boat then you can get to the battle area and the resort area and the one other thing that is there. then you can get the national pokedex and get eevee from that girl bebe. then you can evolve it with any evolution stome that you have except the oval stone. and then Pokemon that you have nover seen start showing up where the weakest Pokemon used to be. then you can finish the national Dex.
