Cresselia is extremely rare, however, when you interact with Cresselia, she will flee into the grass patches of Sinnoh, just like Mesprit. She will leave behind a Lunar Wing, which can be used to cure the boy who was having bad dreams. After that, if you have the Poketch app Marking Map, Cresselia should be easy to find.
