What you do is,go back to Cerulean City.Go down the route north of Cerulean City.Then,at the end of the bridge turn right.Go down until you reach Route 24.You may have to battle 6 or 7 trainers to get there,so bring lots of Revives and medicine.As,you reach the end go up the stair case you see.Bill and Misty will be on a date.You will scare Bill off.Misty walks up to you and tells you to come battle her at her gym.Go back to Cerulean City,and go in the Pokemon Gym.Fight some of her trainers and then battle her.
*Note She has strong water type Pokemon,so bring some hard-to-beat Grass Types.
