Than you have to go to the peek of Mt. Coronet. You can look up walk through it is REALLY REALLY REALLY helpful if you do. Getting up to the peek is SO hard! I recommend the walk through done by: Lueroi he shows you were you can find helpful items and what Pokemon is best to battle with so look it up and i hope you make it :)

You can catch them in their caverns.Each lake has it's own cavern,and after you free Uxie,Mesprit and Azelf you will find them in there caverns at each lake. but only after you've got Dialga/Palkia. You can find Uxie at Lake Acuity in Snowpoint city and Azelf in Lake Verity by Pastoria and Sunnyshore City. Mespirit is somewhat different. The Last lake, is where you will find Mespirit but once you contact with it it runs. then it is released in the area of Sinnoh. Then you can use the App Marking Map and the thing that looks like a pikachu head is the Pokemon or another rare type Pokemon about in Sinnoh. Good Luck catching because your best bet to cath either one is to have a Pokemon with a move that won;t let your opponent run away. Otherwise, Mespirit will run like heck over and over and over and over. Good Luck. That's why i traded mine. I hope this helped some!!!

I assume you mean how can you catch them. First you have to beat Team Galactic at Spear Pillar and battle Dialga (or Palkia). Mesprit appears at Lake Verity, Azelf at Lake Valor, and Uxie at Lake Acquity. You can now use surf to travel across the lakes and get to the caverns in the middle. Each cavern will have one of these Pokemon in them, depending on the lake your at. Bring your master ball(s), ultra balls, dusk balls, and a Pokemon that knows Hypnosis or any other moves that puts opponents to sleep. I would advise saving before battling each one in you KO one. Then you can turn off the game and restart the battle until you catch each member of the Lake Trio.

Once that has been done, you can find Uxie in its cavern in Lake Acuity. Azelf can be found in its cavern in Lake Valor. You will find Mesprit in its cavern in Lake Verity however as soon as you interact with Mesprit, it will fly off and it will begin to roam around the entire Sinnoh region. Helpful recommendations for battling Azelf and Uxie in order to catch them is first make sure to save your game before interacting with them in order to start the battle with them because they cannot regenerate once you knock them out. Additionally any Poké Ball will work on them but Dusk Balls are recommended due to battling them inside of a cave.

I asume you mean mesprit, as the others, azelf and uxie, don't run away. mesprit is the one that looks like it has pink hair. to get him, go to the poketch company and talk to the scientist guy several times. he will give you several poketch apps. one is the tracker. use it to track down mesprit. however, mesprit moves every time you leave a route or city, so move back and forth between 2 routes until he appears in your route. then scout through the grass until you find him. tip: get some quick balls to catch him, as i caught azelf on one try without any damage on him, and azelf has a catch rate of 3, where most Pokemon have a catch rate of around 150.
