I'd recommend purchasing Minecraft instead of getting it illegally. There are a few cracked versions out there, and I've tested them myself. They're not as fast as the actual Minecraft and don't have many of the features the real Minecraft has... $24.75 for Minecraft at the moment...
I had the cracked version once. I fixed it by deleting it, and them and then purchasing minecraft again until you pay. Then the real version will download, but the cracked wont
There is currently no way to legally play minecraft without downloading it or purchasing it from a store. Borrowing a friends copy or account may be the best solution if you do not have money to purchase it yourself.
First, go to Minecraft.net and register an account. You may do this by creating an account and then going to the store and purchasing a premium account for abour $30. Then, download Minecraft from Minecraft.net . Then open Minecraft. Once you open minecraft, a pop-up might come up asking you if you want to allow the program. Click don't adk me again (cause it's really annoying). Then accept it. The Minecraft browser will pop up. At the bottom right hand corner, there will be two boxes: Username and Password. Input your chosen username and password. Click on the Log In button. You have now logged in to Minecraft! Hope this helps, --Horn
100% minecraft
The signup for a Minecraft account is free. But purchasing Minecraft (or getting a premium account, however you want to say it) is not free, unless somebody gives you a gift code. As of right now, I believe Minecraft is around $27 to buy. Note: Downloading Minecraft is free. But if you log into the Minecraft launcher without purchasing Minecraft, it will say something like "User not Premium". Download Minecraft: minecraft.net/download Sign up a Minecraft Account: minecraft.net/register

By buying the game or playing the demo version on minecraft.net which is the only legitimate source for purchasing minecraft
Unfortunately you cannot get the Pixelmon Mod on minecraft for the Xbox 360, this is because you cannot mod the XBox version currently.

All of the Minecraft purchasing process is completed online. First, register for a Mojang account (Mojang are the company that run minecraft) at https://account.mojang.com/register . Then, when your account is complete, go to https://minecraft.net/store and log in. Then, you can buy a Minecraft premium account (you can have a free demo, but it only lasts for 1 hour and 40 minutes) and at the time of writing this costs €19.95. Hope this helps!
No, there's no point releasing the 10MB client on a disc, when it's easier to just give it to people after the finish purchasing their premium account online.
MINECRAFT!!!!

I don't believe so as I've not tried it on the disk, however, I'm sure it will require some Xbox Live grounds when purchasing downloads, or if it has multiplayer capabilities.
It's called Minecraft... creepers have ALWAYS been in Minecraft.
