Well, once you've beaten Wallace you can head out to challenge the Elite Four! Fly to Mossdeep, then go due south across the ocean until you come across the east-bound fork that leads to Ever Grande (check your map if you're not sure where to look). Move along this segment of water until you see a waterfall. Now that you've beaten Wallace and have all eight badges, you can use the Waterfall HM to ascend it.
Now you have to pass through the treacherous Victory Road, win the battle with Wally at the exit, and then you'll be all set to face the Hoenn Elite Four and the Pokemon League Champion. Good luck!
