Sand Hill is where all the newly enlisted recruits are trained at Fort Benning. The infantry Advanced Individual Training is also located on Sand Hill.
There are too many variables to give you a real answer. It will depend on rank, time in service, any specialty pay, whether you are on sea duty or shore duty, marital status, etc. Your best answer will come from talking with a Navy recruiter, who is better equipped to get you a real answer. Bear in mind that a newly enlisted sailor is NOT going aboard a submarine, but is going through basic training and then specialty training at a shore base. Good luck.
