When you use a pink slip : it fires the cog you choose into the air with a cannon with 200 damage ( in other words ) it defeats any unwanted cogs .
But, it isn't that easy to gain pink slip , you get 2 pink slips every CEO ( Boss bot ) you win & it isn't that easy to win a CEO, it's for very advanced toons.
So, toons always save their pink slips to times when they really need it.
