To earn pink slips you need to battle the CEO and win. The pink slips range from 1-5. The pink slips awarded are based on the tables in CEO cooking round and your suits. The bigger your group has a suit the harder CEO is but more pink slips awarded.
NOTE : CEO is the hardest boss than any other boss.

What do pink slips do on toontown?
When you use a pink slip : it fires the cog you choose into the air with a cannon with 200 damage ( in other words ) it defeats any unwanted cogs . But, it isn't that easy to gain pink slip , you get 2 pink slips every CEO ( Boss bot ) you win & it isn't that easy to win a CEO, it's for very advanced toons. So, toons always save their pink slips to times when they really need it.
