It depends on how much space each game save takes up. The amount of gigabytes each game save takes up is either a lot or not much depending on how much content is in the game. Although, with an 80 gigabytes, it should hold a lot of data.
a trophy error means all or some of your trophies cant be read by the ps3 so they are not going to register and one or more of your games may not play because of this. if you have this error you can fix it but you may lose all of your trophies for the affected game data. i fixed mine by saving my game data to a thumb stick and then deleting the game save data then i shut off the ps3 then switched the main power switch in the back off for a few minutes. then i turned the ps3 back on and copied my game saved data back to the ps3 with the thumbstick. my COD Modern Warfare 2 works like a champ now! Hope this helped SGT Weinbrenner
too much game data may be stored in the ps3. or maybe the graphics are lagging
You can't delete Firmware patches for the PS3, but you can delete game patches through the game data utility.
You can put the game save data onto an external USB drive
You can only do it if your a Playstation Plus customer with the auto save option for the game
First you'll need to go to a site that has PS3 save data files. Then click that file and upload it to you Flash memory, after that you'll have to put it in a file form then put it on your PS3 go to "Save Data (Ulity).". Then open "Memory Drive" Then you should find the save data you have uploaded. Press copy, select your account after that it will be copied to the account you choose. Open the game and press "Load game" And you'll find the one you've uploaded press it and you'll have the data. I hope this will help you!

the ps3 250 has a bigger memory space, which means you can save more data than you can on the ps3 120.
yes you do
The PlayStation 3 keeps telling you that there is no save data on the USB because the USB is empty.

Ok first of all, when you take it from your PC and put it on your PSP's memory stick it needs to be in this format: -The folder at the root of your memory stick needs to be: "PS3" (with out the quotations) -The folder inside of the "PS3" folder needs to be: "SAVEDATA" (with out the quotations) -The folder inside of the "SAVEDATA" needs to be: "BLUS30086-PROFILE" (with out the quotations) -Inside of the "BLUS30086-PROFILE" you put the file(s) If you transfer the save data from your PS3 to your memory stick it should do all of this for you automatically. To move this to the PS3: -While browsing the XMB go to the Game column -Next go to the Save Game Data folder -Scroll to the top, select your memory stick, then click triangle then "display all" Now your file save should be right in front of your face!
