Reflect Bounder only ever deals direct damage with its effect when it itself is attacked. If Reflect Bounder is attacking, the direct damage effect does nothing.
Forbidden Chalice will negate Marshamallon's 'cannot be destroyed by battle' effect. Because Forbidden Chalice changes the ATK of a monster, it can be used in the Damage Step, after Marshmallon is flipped by an attack. If you did this, you will not take the 1000 damage from Marshmallon either - his damage dealing effect activates after Damage Calculation, but will be negated.
Yes, but not always. Remember there is only a limited amount of cards that can be activated during the Damage Step of the battle phase, and Torrential Tribute is not one of them. You cannot use Torrential Tribute in the damage step, and that is where Gorz is special summoned if you trigger him from battle damage (his token is summoned in the damage step too). However if you trigger him from effect damage and summon him, Torrential Tribute can be used in response - unless you take the effect damage during the damage step, in which case the above still applies.
Yes it does. It will however not affect steel type pokemon.
To me the best fire deck is the structure deck "Blase of Destruction." This deck comes with all lot of effect damage combos so expect more effect damage than battle damage. For example, "backfire" is the one of the key cards giving damage when your fire monsters are destroyed. Battle damage comes with direct attacks and some monsters (ex= Giai soul the combustible collective) store up ATK then attack. This deck summons cards from the deck too. Add cards to the deck that add more effect damage and summon more monsters. It's not the perfect deck like no decks are perfect but you can win if you use the cards correctly.
Two main harmful effects of lightning strikes are loss of life and damage to property.
The effect of vandalism is both physical and emotional. The physical damage is destruction to property. The emotional damage is discouraging and a feeling of fear. Vandalism is an unfortunate byproduct of society.
Tornadoes can damage or destroy homes, businesses, crops and other property and kill or injure pets, livestock, and people.
They are looking for existing damage, general maintenance, upkeep and condition of the property and any potential risks that need mitigation or that might effect the risk involved with the property.
Municipal taxpayers are not legally liable for municipal mistakes. Instead, rising municipal damage claims and awards in municipalities effect taxpayers through the an increase in property taxes. When municipalities must pay a large settlement as a result of the system of joint and several liability, or experience increases in insurance premiums, this expense is past onto municipal tax payers through an increase in property tax rates. Therefore, municipal mistakes can often lead to an increase in taxes for municipal residents.
engineers, farmers and railroad sevices loss alot of money. over $3,000,000 of property damage.
Tornadoes can damage or destroy people's property and kill or injure the people themselves. However they do not have any significant global affects.
A tornado can cause significant damage to property by uprooting trees, shattering windows, tearing off roofs, and even leveling entire structures. The strong winds associated with a tornado can also cause debris to become airborne, leading to additional damage. Overall, the impact of a tornado on property can be devastating.
Mass has no direct effect on the surface area of an object. You can increase mass without changing anything other property of an object. Volume, Size, and Shape effect surface area.

There is no hard evidence that these foods have any effect on arthritis. I am a sufferer of RA and have never noted any effect as a result of indulging or not indulging in these foods. With tomatoes and peppers the myth goes that the acids effect the bone, however potatoes don't have the same property's, and in any case arthritis starts as a result of damage to cartilage which has nothing to do with bone, unless there is trauma causing bone damage which in turn causes cartilage damage which in turn then causes more bone damage.
The Bauschinger effect refers to a property of materials where the material's stress/strain characteristics change as a result of the microscopic stress distribution of the material. An example is an increase in tensile yield strength at the expense of compressive yield strength.
