What are the strongest Pokemon stats wise?

Deoxys even though you cant get it by going through the game you have to get the rainbow pass in leaf green and migrate it on to other games its the strongest Pokemon because i has 4 forms :speed attack defence and normal you can only change forms in vielstone on platinum,pearl and diamond

If you are looking for regular Pokemon my idea would be raichu yeah i know it has better stats than all the starters attack 233 defence 178 sp atk 195 sp def 175 speed 225 if you want the best attack ever Rampardos get it with gentle nature its attack is 378 Arceus is 330 yeah i know i go them both level 1 ar but rised them normal and that's what the attack ended up and deoxys is not sronger than arcues or raichu i have raised him level 1 and started with pichu but pichu has better stats people who play white or black if you want pkrus catch a legend with a pokeball try it on the bull one i cant remember name but its that esay i never use masterball its a last resort by the way big help if you want to face the battle tower use rattata level1 get 2 raticates until you get endevor and keep quick attack mate them ;) doggy style and you will get an egg when it hatches it will have thoes moves then put a focus band on it only use it in the battle tower belive me it works if not hit me up on xbox my gamertag is L4TMxSacrificex
