lag can't be completely avoided, but you can reduce it by going to your options, and lowering quality features, such as changing fancy graphics to normal graphics
It depends on the individual, In my opinion they are both fun, but how 'fun' it is is your opinion.
first go to help & options on the minecraft xbox title screen then go to settings then graphics then you can adjust your gamma (Brightness)
Alpha was an earlier version on minecraft beta, it has poorer graphics, less blocks and far fewer crafting recipes.
Take a look at this chart. It will tell you. On the left side is Minecraft's ratings. Tight is Roblox. M. R Fun Level. 9.5. 9 Graphics. 7. 8.5 Cost. 7. 6.5 Limits. 10. 6 Social. 7. 7 What wins? Minecraft. Mainly because there are no limitations to what you can build. I found Minecraft to be funner, although graphics aren't the best, it Roblox costs less up front, you will be begging your parents for Builders Club, which does cost money, and you want to unleash Roblox, you want BC. Minecraft is fun when you fork over the $20. It requires no upgrading, so you can unleash Minecraft without paying money every month for BC.
Its a 3 dimensional world but with 8 bit graphics.
because Minecraft leaves are just fancy like that
No there are monsters, the graphics are like digital legos and the crafting mostly does not make sense in real life as it does in Minecraft.
Yes.
Yes, but not at the highest graphics options.
No, the reason Minecraft is blocky is because it would take ages to load just one chunk if the graphics were, say like Halo or COD or BattleField or any high-end game.
it does it to me to look it up on youtube
I would say not much, because Minecraft is mostly pixelated.
You have 256mb there are no 258mb card but 256mb will do nicely
Definitely yes not in a million years will blockman go have good enough graphics to even be close to minecraft

It might just be their opinions. I personally think Minecraft is a great game. You can build, survive, and explore the pre-generated map. The graphics aren't bad, although the default texture pack is pixel-y, and the game itself is block-y, but it was meant to be like that.
