By station I presume you mean platform. In that case - Nintendo Wii and Nintendo GameCube.
A Nintendo DS game case can be purchased from many gaming shops, and of course also from the official Nintendo website. This latter is the safer option, as it ensures that the purchaser buys an authentic copy, and not a stolen or damaged console.
You can use wi-fi on ds lites if the game you are playing is wi-fi compatible. It tells you on the game case.
It really depends on which company and what game was released. Square Enix, Atlus and a few other companies usually have a registration code with the game, but not all games have one.If a game does not have a code, and you downloaded from the Nintendo eShop, you can still register the game on Club Nintendo, though this is not always the case.
The size of the game is not really the issue. The issue is this: is it a Nintendo Wii game? I'm guessing not. I'm guessing it is one of the later Nintendo DS games, in which case it must be played on the Nintendo DS. Wii games are on DVDs.
