That's not true. It does exist. But... it's a fake game. Someone made it, but there's no official Nintendo seal of approval on it. As for cheats... well I only have one. As you exit Viridian forest (which is really LAME-O) there should be a section where you should have to use cut. Then, there should also be a bunch of big trees by it. Walk into the trees one at a time. You'll eventually come to a tree that you can walk through, WITHOUT having to use cut at all!! Hope I helped! <=)
