One of them for sure is Lightning Vortex.
Yes, you are still allowed to draw. The hand size limit only comes into effect at the end of your End Phases. If you have more than 6 cards in hand at that time, you must discard down to 6. However at any other time, you are freely allowed to hold 7 or more cards.
You cannot simply choose to discard a card from hand, voluntarily, or send cards from the field. You can only do so when allowed to do so for a cost, or instructed to by an effect or game mechanic.
I'm assuming here that you are running a Dark World deck, if i am wrong, this advice might not be accurate. Something that i run in my Dark Worlds' is The Cheerful Coffin. It is a normal spell card that lets you discard up to 3 monsters from your hand. Another card would be Card Destruction, giving you an opportunity to use the effects of your Dark Worlds', and draw more cards. Some cards used to remove cards from play are Macro Cosmos, Dimensional Fissure, and Big Burn. 6 then at the end of turn if have more discard
No. The reason is, Sky Scourge Norleras only 'sends' cards from hand to the graveyard. Dark World Monsters must be 'discarded'. All movement of cards to the graveyard, is considered a 'send'. Then there are special types of send, like destroy, tribute, and discard. So all discard effects 'send' a card, but not all 'send' effects from hand, count as being a discard. Since Norleras only 'sends' the cards, Dark World monsters will not activate.

Yes and no. You cannot ever voluntarily choose to discard cards from hand or otherwise send cards to the graveyard - only if allowed to do so by cost, effect, or game mechanic. If you have more than 6 cards in hand at the end of your end phase, then you must discard down to 6. So technically this is a discard without being told to do so by an effect. But if the question was asking can you voluntarily discard 'for no reason', the answer is no.
You cannot end the turn with more than 6 cards in hand, so if you do your usual end of turn discard, and somehow you end up with more cards in hand (such as through Super Rejuvenation) then you will still have to discard down to 6 again.
Yes, in Magic: The Gathering, you can discard cards from your hand at any time, as long as the game rules or a card's ability allows you to do so.
There is no limit to the number of cards in your hand at any one time, however, you must discard down to 6 at the end of the End Phase of your own turn. At any other time, it doesn't matter. So if you have five cards in hand, and your opponent bounces two or more into your hand, that's ok. So you have 7 now. Your turn draw will make it 8, but it won't matter unless you still have 7 or more when you reach the end of your end phase, which will make you have to discard.
No you can't discard unless instructed to by a card or effect, or you have exceeded your hand size limit and are at the end of your turn.

To build a competitive MTG Arena discard deck, you can employ strategies such as including cards that force your opponent to discard cards from their hand, using cards that benefit from discarding, and having ways to replenish your own hand. Additionally, including cards that disrupt your opponent's game plan and having a strong mana curve can also help make your discard deck more competitive.
