If you have the limit of Yugioh cards in your hand are you still allowed to draw If so what do you do with the other cards?

Yes, you are still allowed to draw. The hand size limit only comes into effect at the end of your End Phases. If you have more than 6 cards in hand at that time, you must discard down to 6. However at any other time, you are freely allowed to hold 7 or more cards.
