A manga round robin game! Ever hear of it? It is when you go around and draw a manga panel, then pass it to the next person, they draw one and pass it, etc. The products are usually very interesting. To add some competition, maybe we can all vote at the end on who drew the best panel.

Iron Chef, every signs up to make an Asian dish and we all eat and vote on the best
A manga exchange! Everyone could bring in manga volumes that they don't want and can exchange them with others.
AMV contest, everyone finds an awesome amv on YouTube and then everyone votes on who found the best, should have a backup amv if some else picked the same.
