1st- If you are using an Ipod there is as menu button up top click it... Then go to settings- you will see speed up click that it will make you pass 5 levels.
2nd- A computer will have a menu button on the bottom left click that but it will say activation code click that then type 42839passthrew and it will pass you 5 levels.
