Nincada is a fantastic Pokemon to use these moves on. Not only can it learn Flash and Rock Smash, but also Cut, Dig, and Secret Power which are all moves that are required later on.

Well there isn't really one because it depends on how you use it. Like if you use hail ice typ moves never miss for 5 turns. So that's good but its the same with all moves it depends on witch opther moves your Pokemon knows.

In all Pokemon videogames, Pokemon only learn four moves. When you want your Pokemon to learn a new move, you must delete one of the four existing moves. In the anime (TV Show) Pokemon seem to have more than four moves, but forget the ones that they don't use over time.
