Then use strength on boulders near the entrance and Looker will talk to you if you haven't beaten Cyrus. go through the exit and use rock climbs outside and at one point you will see a rock climb leading up and left where there is a single patch of wild grass. Take the rock climb on the left. go left. then down and through the cave. Then follow the cave exits. (take dig and fly).
