It is really big but it works. When you finsh the code press L+R and walk into any Pokemart. There will be a guy in a green suit. He will give you Regigigas. After that you must grow up regigigas at 100 Lv. BUT YOU MUST NOT CHANGE THE TM's. The right TM's are:
Iron Head Rock Slide
Icy Wind Grush Grip (If it has not some of this TM's it will take it while it will grow level)
When you do that go to the Iron Island with boat from Canavale City. The cave maybe confuse you. When will you go inside go right. When will you go down with the lift turn left. To the second lift turn again left. Take the third lift and go to the cave wich is RIGHT. Inside is the registeel. I advise you to catch regis with Master Ball.
