Icy Wind Grush Grip (If it has not some of this TM's it will take it while it will grow level)
When you do that go to the Iron Island with boat from Canavale City. The cave maybe confuse you. When will you go inside go right. When will you go down with the lift turn left. To the second lift turn again left. Take the third lift and go to the cave wich is RIGHT. Inside is the registeel. I advise you to catch regis with Master Ball. If you have the special regigigas in your party, three new caves will open up in Sinnoh and you will be able to catch the three regis.
