There are several Pokémons that can breed with Pikachu. It's in the Egg Group "Ground" and can breed with others in that very same group. For example Rattata, Eevee, Wooper, Aipom, Torchic and Zigzagoon. If your Pikachu is male you should breed it with a Ditto.
In Pokémon Pearl, Female Pikachu can breed with male Pikachu, Ditto and it can also breed with any Pokémon in the Ground (also known as the Field) and in the Fairy Egg Groups. Pokémon in the Ground Egg Group would include ones such as Rattata, Ekans, Sandshrew, Vulpix, Growlithe, Meowth, Poochyena, Zigzagoon, Seedot, Slakoth and the ones in the Fairy Egg Group are Clefairy, Jigglypuff, Togetic, Marill, Hoppip, Snubbull, Shroomish, Skitty, Mawile, Minun, Plusle, Roselia, Castform and Snorunt.
