The best team needs to be evenly set out to balance type advantages and weaknesses but i recommend a quick Pokemon like FLYGON and a high attack Pokemon like DONPHAN and high defense Pokemon like BRONZONG and a Pokemon that knows double team so it cant be hurt easily(make sure this Pokemon is quick)
P.S My team is all lv 100 and they haven't lost a match so i recommend any of these TOGEKISS,DONPHAN,FLYGON,LOPUNNY,MAROWAK,AMPHAROS

The best team is one that has many types. Spiritomb and a dragon type Pokemon are almost certainly needed, as well as a strong water Pokemon like Milotic. The rest is up to your discretion. Without legendaries, there really are no ultimate Pokemon.
