if you have an action replay the code for your poke' dex to be complete. I don't know the codes but a good code combination is to have 943 master balls hold L in grass and if you have 943 poke' balls you'll find the Pokemon that's number is 943 arceus and also have the cheat that makes every Pokemon shiny and use the TM and HM cheat to get it any move you want then finally use the cheat that gets you 999 rare candies (once again I don't know the cheat by heart yet.....)
