You can get a Ramparados by having Pokemon diamond.1.Get the explorer kit and go anywhere underground.2.Search for places you can dig in the wall and if you're lucky it could be a skull fossil.3.Take the skull fossil to oreburgh city and ressurect the fossil in one of the houses.4.Go outside,walk around and come back to the man that ressurects fossils.5.He'll give you a Cranidos LV 20.6.Level him up to LV 30 and he'll evolve into Ramparados.
