Well, depends on what your opponent is. Overall, I choose Swellow because it has excellent speed (base 125), and a decent attack of 85. Give it a focus band, and give it 252 Speed, 252 Attack, and 4 HP EVs. Here's a good Swellow moveset: Endeavor, Facade, Aerial Ace/Hidden Power Flying, Steel Wing. The object of this moveset is to get poisoned with toxic. This activates guts, which boosts your attack. Facade will do X 2 damage, along with STAB, which is really strong for a little bird like Swellow. When you get extremely weak, use Endeavor, and that'll lower your opponents HP. Don't give it Double-Edge or Sky Attack because Swellow is frail.
