Once the cheat box has appeared type (as seen) boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true. Now go to your Sim's house. Right click on the Sim you want to make thinner. Now press 'change fit' and 'thin'. This cheat code will also allow you to make your Sim fat and do a variety of different things with them
