In Sims 2, for the PC, a Sim can get thin by working out. If you want to get a Sim thinner, go to you desired Sim's neighborhood and press ctrl + shift + c (this will make a cheat box appear). Once the cheat box has appeared type (as seen) boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true. Now go to your Sim's house. Right click on the Sim you want to make thinner. Now press 'change fit' and 'thin'. This cheat code will also allow you to make your Sim fat and do a variety of different things with them
