Put the texture pack file in the texture pack folder. Open .mineraft folder and then the bin folder. Inside the bin there should be the texture pack folder. There you go.

Yes all of these are free. when downloading them you may have to wait a few seconds on a website such as adfly, this gives the texture pack makers a little revenue but the texture packs themselves are free for anyone to download.

A texture pack a youtuber made, it was his own style in another texture pack, the owner of the real texture pack was upset or something and he asked xprokx politely to take the texture pack down from the Internet... I didn't get to get it...
