Go to the cook's brother on the first floor in the lumbridge castle. If you talk to him, he will tell you about turkeys and how they planned to ruin the dinner. The only problem is the turkeys are level 138. Accept his offer to help. After this he will teleport you to a pen full of turkeys. You drink a potion and it makes you do extreme damage like 171+.
After slaying all the turkeys, you teleport back to Lumbridge and you earn the "give thanks" emote. The emote makes you flap your arms like wings, turn into a turkey and dance, then turn back into a human and flap your arms like wings again.
There is. Only that it is the same as the 2009 event.
Usually Runescape holds only events for major universal holidays. Usually, once a holiday is introduced into the game, events will follow through future years. The only repeat of an event was thanksgiving in 2009+2010.
